Product exchanges

An unopened product may be eligible for exchange within seven days of purchase. Proof of purchase may be required. Opened, used, damaged, or altered products are not eligible for exchange unless required by law.

Questions about appointment changes, cancellations, packages, prepaid services, or service concerns should be directed to the spa. No cancellation fee or deadline is stated on this website unless confirmed by BEEBYTHEBAY at booking.
